At A & J Tractors, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their heavy equipment purchases. If you’re not satisfied, here’s what you need to know about our return policy:
Returns Accepted Within 30 Days:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchased equipment, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at 432-300-6260 or via email at [email protected]. We will provide detailed instructions for returning the equipment and issue you a return authorization number.
Return Conditions:
The equipment must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage.
Custom or special-order equipment returns are not accepted, unless the product has manufacturing defects.
Return Shipping Costs:
The return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
